Sparrow Connected SMS functionality
Sparrow Connected allows its corporate customers the ability to send SMS notifications to their workforce informing them of key news, events, and issuing alerts as appropriate. Depending on your organization, you may have been opted-in as part of your employment agreement or will be able to opt-in (as well as out) from the Sparrow Connected mobile application, Microsoft Teams plugin, or from the Sparrow Connected for SharePoint user profile page.
If you explicitly opt in, you will see a message like the one on the sample image (Screenshot Sample 1.0). Once you've opted in, you will receive SMS alerts and other messages prompted and sent by your employer.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your company will determine the frequency of issuing SMSes, however we find in general it’s about a few a week.. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
